Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience assisting in the coordination of procedural and administrative functions for an office or organization involving human resources functions, training, and records management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). -OR- Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting, etc. -OR- Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.) GS-11 Level:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes experience coordinating procedural and administrative functions for an office or organization involving human resources functions, training, and records management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). -OR- Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:
business administration or management; organizational management; public administration; or human resources management. -OR- Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
